Agile Project Management

The objective of this course is to introduce Agile approaches to project management taking into account the constraints specific to the computer. The students will have a good knowledge of the methods presented they will practice through the implementation of a project. At the end of the course, each student will understand the advantages / disadvantages of existing methods and tools associated with the agile management of IT projects. Students will be able to apply Agile project in business management methods.
