The objective of this course is to present the concepts, technologies and related disciplines of big data and the many facets of business data for managers. One application of these technologies and methodologies remains on digital social networks. These are indeed a great source of information currently available and usable by enterprises. Data collection issues, visualization,communication but also processing will be presented during this class. This course offers tools for identification and characterisation of entities (users, business) but also their associated measures of success, reputation, opinions, influence and diffusion.
